Riverwalk Niagara is the first luxury condominium being developed in the Village of Chippawa.
Once completed, the building will be 5 storeys, with 51 large condominium units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 600 square feet to about 1,600 square feet. Each unit will feature a large balcony or terrace. The building’s amenity spaces include a gym, lounge, and outdoor terrace.
The proposed building is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. Nearby parks include New York State Reservation and Kingsbridge Park It is a short commute to downtown Niagara Falls.
