SRM has assisted the Owners of the Heritage River Retirement residence to obtain Site Plan Approval for a new 4-storey, 52-unit expansion of the existing retirement residence on this site.
This project will also include construction of a new vestibule onto the existing retirement residence, and an elevated, covered pedestrian bridge between the two buildings.
This connection will allow for resident services and amenities to be shared between the two buildings.
