SRM prepared a master-plan for redevelopment of this site to contain seven (7) residential mixed-use tower blocks consisting of a total of approximately 1,221 residential units and 5 at-grade commercial units. The development will contain two (2) below-grade storeys reserved for approximately 644 parking spaces.
The site was included in the City of London’s Protected Major Transit Station Areas (PMTSA) zoning review, which is intended to promote high-density residential development near transit stations.
SRM worked closely with the Owner, Planner, and City to provide documentation which facilitated application of the TSA-3 zoning, and by-passing the need for Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendments for the project.
