Crown Condos

This 9-storey condominium development in the heart of Downtown Kingston offers a mix of 182 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Amenities for residents include a party room, fitness centre, yoga studio, and a 4,000 ft2 outdoor patio with a BBQ, dining and lounge areas, greenery, yoga and outdoor activity space.

This project was constructed on the site of Kingston’s Historic Capitol Theatre building, which was constructed in 1920. The theatre’s Princess Street entrance façade will be restored and re-purposed as the pedestrian entry for the building in an effort to maintain the heritage scale and character of lower Princess Street and continue to reference the theatrical heritage of the area.
