The Elden of Bradford is a 6 storey, 152 unit Retirement Residence located in Bradford, Ontario.
The Elden provides both Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living options as well as a range of amenity spaces. Design for the retirement residence takes AODA accessibility and barrier free design under heavy consideration in order to properly accommodate the needs of future tenants of all levels of independence.
On-site training facilities have been incorporated into the development to allow for consistent professional development opportunities for staff. This helps to further improve the resident-centered care offered on site.
The Elden provides residents extensive amenity space including a communal dining room, private dining room, fitness area, games room, crafts room, and cafe.
A second phase of the development (a Memory Care Building for Senior’s facing cognitive impairments) is currently in the design and planning stages.
