This office fit-out for MTE London 25,600 ft2 of administrative space alongside a dedicated 6,000 ft2 field operations area, with provisions to accommodate future growth and operational expansion.The layout incorporates approximately 35 enclosed offices and 95 open workstations, as well as two large boardrooms, one medium-sized boardroom, and additional enclosed meeting spaces. A series of smaller quiet areas are integrated throughout. A large central cafeteria serves as the social hub of the office, supported by two additional café areas that provide convenient access for staff and informal touchdown spaces throughout the workplace.
