This project included the renovation, restoration, and rehabilitation of the existing heritage building through a large, modern addition and extensive interior renovations. Historically known as Allan’s Mill Distillery, the existing limestone masonry structure was constructed in the early 1800’s.
New uses of the site include a distillery, restaurant, patio & tasting room on the main floor, and business suites on the second and third floors.
The masonry has generally been preserved and, in select locations, the masonry has been rehabilitated to allow for specific requirements of the buildings’ reuse.
