This new 3-storey, 128-bed Long-Term Care home for peopleCare communities is currently under construction. The building will provide residents with extensive amenities such as dining room, activity room, barber, family stay over, chapel/multipurpose room, lounge and outdoor secure amenity area.

The home will be constructed of ICF walls and pre-cast floor slabs with a mixed masonry façade.
