Located close to downtown Kitchener, Tivoli is a multi-unit townhome complex consisting of two buildings.
Each building is 2 storeys in height with 12 units, and 11 parking spaces.
Each unit features large box projected windows and open courtyard entrances. The two-tone masonry on the rear facade adds visual interest to the building’s elevation.
The colors found on the exterior of the two buildings were inspired by the aesthetic composition of the neighbourhood.
