The 2 storey, 128-Bed Long Term Care Home opened to residents in December 2022. This development is currently proposed to be phase 1 of a larger Mixed-use Campus of care. Subsequent phases are proposed to include a Retirement & Senior's Apartment Building (120 Units) and two townhome blocks.

SRM provided full Architectural services, as well as Interior Design Services associated with FF&E, coordination, and contract administration services. Interior Design by others.
