Mosaik is a multi-building apartment complex in London, Ontario. It is comprised of 4, 5 storey luxury rental apartment buildings, with a total of 296 units.
Mosaik was designed with energy efficiency at the top of mind. This includes:
- Highly efficient HVAC and Mechanical systems, which also help control utility costs for residents,
- Lights on motion sensors in common areas,
- Plumbing fixtures which are low flow/low flush units to conserve water,
- Stainless steel, Energy Star rated appliances,
- Large windows that allow natural light to spill into individual units. These windows are all double glazed and argon filled with low-e glass to help reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer.
